Reassures fans he’s Ok!

Lil Wayne is safe and sound after reports of a shooting at his Miami home were confirmed to be a hoax.

Following news that gunshots had been heard at Weezy’s waterfront pad, police took to Twitter to state that no one had been injured and that the incident appeared to be a “swatting call”.





The Miami Beach Police Department wrote that after breaking "down the perimeter” of the Krazy hitmaker’s home, they found no signs of foul play.

"Unfortunately this appears to be a swatting call. No victims/no injuries/no subject," they tweeted. MBPD handles all calls of this nature in a serious manner. In this case it appears to have been a hoax @LiLWaynes home."
