WORLD NEWS:Ghana mourns fire victims

Flags will fly at half mast in Ghana today to mourn the deaths of at least 150 people in a fire and floods in the capital, Accra, last week.
The government has also urged people to wear black clothes and red arm bands during the three days of mourning,  Ghana's Joy FM news site reports
